Requirements:
Hiring and Onboarding: They design job roles, run the recruitment process, interview candidates, and welcome new hires into the company.
Employee Relations: They serve as the trusted contact for all staff issues, helping to resolve complaints, office conflicts, and personal work requests smoothly.
Performance Management: They set up fair appraisal systems (like KPIs) that track employee performance and reward hard work.
Training and Development: They find skills gaps in the team and organize training courses to help employees grow in their careers.
Payroll and Benefits: They manage salary plans, health insurance, bonuses, and leaves to make sure compensation stays competitive.

Qualifications and Skills:
Education & Certifications
A Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Professional certifications from bodies like the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria (CIPM), SHRM, or CIPD give candidates a major advantage.
Skills Needed
