Job Description:
- Manage employee records and HR documentation, process payroll, benefits, and statutory deductions, and ensure timely contract renewals, appraisals, and general HR administrative support.
- Handle employee grievances professionally, support performance review cycles and development plans, monitor workplace morale, and contribute to employee engagement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws and internal policies, support policy updates and communication, and assist with investigations, misconduct reviews, and disciplinary processes.
- Coordinate learning programs and development initiatives, identify skill gaps, recommend training interventions, and track employee participation and training effectiveness.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Certification in HR (e.g., CIPM, SHRM) is an advantage.
- Minimum of 2-3 years in human resources or administrative roles.
- Experience in payroll processing, benefits administration, and labor compliance.
- Strong knowledge of HRIS systems and employment law.
