We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Description:
- The right candidates will be in charge of managing every aspect of the employment process, including, orientation, training of new staff members, and managing payroll.
Responsibilties
- Handling employment relations issues such as grievances and employee welfare.
- Lead recruitment process, onboarding and off boarding of staff
- Manage staff performance and welfare packages
- Ensuring accurate and proper record-keeping of employee information in electronic and digital format.
- Provide detailed HR reports to management teams.
- Leading new starter company inductions.
- Manage talent pools ,
- Overseeing training and development of employees.
- Administer financial elements such as payroll, compensation and benefits.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.
- 3 - 5 years of relevant experience in human resources.
- Accounting background is an added advantage
- Must be a Female.
