Job Description:
Requirements:
- Proficient in the development and rollout of talent assessment systems, as well as the design and optimization of compensation and benefits systems
- Capable of independently handling the full process of employee relations, including employee onboarding, transfer, promotion, demotion, resignation and termination, and labor disputes
- Having an in-depth grasp of labor laws and local employment compliance policies
- Possessing strong cross-departmental communication and coordination skills, problem-solving abilities, and team management awareness
- Able to efficiently support the company's human resources implementation and daily management needs.
Salary
