Job Description:
- The Human Resource Manager is responsible for planning, developing, and managing human resource policies and programs that support the organization’s strategic objectives.
- The role ensures effective recruitment, employee development, performance management, compliance with labor laws, and the promotion of a positive organizational culture.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic HR Management:
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company’s business goals.
- Advise management on HR-related matters and organizational development.
- Lead workforce planning and succession planning initiatives.
Recruitment & Talent Management:
- Oversee recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes.
- Ensure the company attracts, retains, and develops qualified employees.
- Manage job descriptions and competency frameworks.
Performance Management:
- Design and manage performance appraisal systems.
- Support managers in setting KPIs and evaluating employee performance.
- Identify training and development needs.
Training & Development
- Develop and implement training and capacity-building programs.
- Manage career development and succession planning.
- Promote leadership development initiatives.
Employee Relations:
- Manage employee relations, disciplinary procedures, and grievance handling.
- Promote a positive work environment and employee engagement.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and ethical standards.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Develop and administer salary structures, benefits, and incentive schemes.
- Ensure payroll accuracy and compliance with legal requirements.
- Conduct salary benchmarking and market surveys.
HR Compliance & Administration:
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR reports.
- Manage contracts, employee files, and HR documentation.
Health, Safety & Welfare:
- Promote workplace health and safety standards.
- Support employee well-being initiatives and programs.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Employee turnover rate
- Time-to-hire and quality of hire
- Employee engagement and satisfaction
- Training effectiveness
- Compliance and audit results.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Professional HR certification (CIPD, SHRM, HRCI, or equivalent) is an advantage.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Human Resources, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.

- Proficiency in HR systems and Microsoft Office tools.
