Job Description:

We are seeking a high-caliber HR Manager to serve as the strategic architect of our people operations. In today’s competitive landscape, HR is not a back-office function—it is the engine of business performance. This role is designed for a "People Strategist" who can bridge the gap between corporate goals and employee fulfillment.

Your mission is to lead the entire human capital lifecycle. You will be responsible for nurturing a high-performance culture, architecting recruitment strategies, and ensuring that our compensation and training programs drive long-term retention. If you have the leadership grit to manage complex employee relations and the analytical depth to provide decision support through HR metrics, we want you to lead our people function.

Requirements:

1. Strategic Business Partnering

  • Strategy Alignment: Develop and implement HR initiatives that are directly synchronized with the overall business roadmap.

  • Metric-Driven Leadership: Utilize HR data and metrics (Turnover, Time-to-Hire, Employee Net Promoter Score) to provide senior management with actionable decision support.

  • Organizational Architecture: Design and monitor systems, tactics, and procedures that ensure the organization remains agile and scalable.

2. Talent Management & Performance Culture

  • Full-Cycle Recruitment: Oversee a rigorous selection process to ensure we attract and retain top-tier talent.

  • Performance Excellence: Manage a robust performance appraisal system that moves beyond "check-the-box" reviews to drive genuine high performance.

  • Growth & Engagement: Assess organizational training needs and monitor development programs to ensure our human capital remains at the cutting edge.

3. Relations, Compliance & Benefits

  • Employee Relations: Act as the primary bridge for management-employee relations, proactively addressing grievances and nurturing a positive, transparent work environment.

  • Compensation Governance: Maintain a competitive pay plan and benefits program that attracts talent while maintaining fiscal responsibility.

  • Legal Stewardship: Ensure 100% legal compliance with all labor laws and human resource regulations to mitigate organizational risk.

Qualifications and Skills:

Professional Profile

  • Education: Minimum of a BSc or HND in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Experience: Demonstrable experience in HR management with a strong track record of using HR metrics to drive results.

  • Skills: Expert-level active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
