Job Description:

• The Investor Relations Manager will be responsible for managing and growing investor relationships, driving fundraising initiatives, and supporting portfolio growth across the firm’s investment products.
• The role requires a seasoned finance professional with strong market knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in capital raising, client management, and strategic business development.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in fundraising, capital raising, portfolio management, and investor/client relationship management
• Strong understanding of investment products, including equity, fixed income, debt instruments, and alternative investments
• Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales, fundraising, and fund growth targets
• Solid knowledge of financial regulations, compliance standards, and risk management frameworks
• Exposure to domestic and international financial markets, including macroeconomic and microeconomic trends

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Accounting, Banking & Finance, or a related discipline
• Minimum of 10 years’ experience in Treasury Sales, Investor Relations, Fund Management, or Business Development
• MBA and/or professional certifications such as CFA, ACCA, or related qualifications are an added advantage

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including investor presentations and proposal development
• Strong financial analysis, reporting, and interpretation capabilities
• Advanced client relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills
• High-level analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities

• Ability to develop and execute strategic business, onboarding, and market expansion plans
