We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Description:
- Oversee end-to-end recruitment and staff onboarding.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
- Manage employee relations and performance appraisal systems.
- Support employee engagement and welfare activities to foster a positive work environment.
- Organize training sessions and track development programs.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies and labor laws.
- Manage attendance, leave, and payroll support.
- Draft and update HR SOPs to streamline HR processes.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- HR certification is an advantage.
- 2 - 4 years of HR experience.
- Knowledge of labor laws and HR practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR software .
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Salary
