Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Assistant to provide vital administrative and operational support to our Human Resources department. In this role, you will be the backbone of our daily HR functions, ensuring that recruitment, onboarding, and record management processes run seamlessly. Requirements:

Recruitment & Onboarding Support

  • Talent Sourcing: Assist in posting job advertisements across various platforms and perform initial shortlisting of resumes.

  • Interview Coordination: Manage the scheduling of interviews and serve as a point of contact for candidates during the hiring process.

  • New Hire Integration: Coordinate orientation sessions for new employees, ensuring all necessary documentation and setup are completed for a smooth start.

Records Management & Payroll Liaison

  • Data Integrity: Maintain and update both physical and digital employee files, ensuring all records are accurate and secure.

  • Tracking: Manage leave requests and attendance records meticulously.

  • Payroll Support: Provide relevant attendance and leave data to the Finance team to ensure timely and accurate monthly payroll processing.

Employee Relations & Administration

  • Inquiry Management: Act as an accessible point of contact for staff regarding basic inquiries about company policies and employee benefits.

  • Clerical Support: Assist the HR Manager with daily administrative tasks, clerical work, and the logistical organization of company events or training sessions.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Education: B.Sc. or HND in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Experience: 0–3 years of experience in an HR or administrative role. (Entry-level candidates with strong academic backgrounds are welcome to apply).

  • Technical Skills:

    • High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook).

    • Familiarity with digital filing systems and basic HR administrative tools.

  • Core Competencies:

    • Integrity: Proven ability to handle confidential information with the highest level of discretion.

    • Organization: Strong multitasking abilities with a keen eye for detail.

    • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

    • Proactivity: A smart, "can-do" attitude with a willingness to learn and support the team.

Salary

N80,000 - N100,000 monthly
