Job Description:

We are seeking a high-velocity and intellectually elite Hotel Manager to anchor our hospitality engine in Abuja (FCT). In a premier urban market, success is defined by "Hospitality Sovereignty", the ability to harmonize world-class guest experiences with the clinical precision required for facility management, staff governance, and financial performance. This role is designed for an "Operational Architect" with at least five years in a managerial role who can blend "Leadership Grit" (managing the entire hotel’s activities) with the "Strategic Agility" required to maintain a "Source of Excellence" in every department.

Requirements:

1. Operational Orchestration & Departmental Governance

  • Sovereignty of Activities: Manage and oversee the end-to-end activities of the entire hotel, ensuring every department—from Front Desk to Housekeeping—acts as a "Source of Efficiency."

  • Workflow Architecture: Coordinate synchronously between departments to ensure "Zero-Friction" transitions for guests and high-fidelity internal communication.

  • Standard Stewardship: Implement and enforce millimetric standards for service quality, cleanliness, and security, maintaining the organization’s "Source of Reputation."

2. Financial Resilience & Revenue Logic

  • Profitability Sovereignty: Oversee the hotel’s financial performance, acting as the primary "Source of Value" for revenue growth and cost-control measures.

  • Budgetary Architecture: Manage departmental budgets and inventory with clinical precision, ensuring all expenditures are a "Source of ROI" for the owners.

  • Pricing Intelligence: Monitor market trends in the FCT region to implement competitive pricing and occupancy strategies that drive "Economic Velocity."

3. Human Diplomacy & Talent Governance

  • Leadership Sovereignty: Direct and motivate a diverse team of staff, acting as the centralized "Source of Influence" for professional development and high-performance culture.

  • Guest Diplomacy: Handle high-stakes guest relations and conflict resolution with professional poise, ensuring the hotel remains the "Source of Choice" for premium clients in Abuja.

  • Regulatory Logic: Ensure 100% compliance with all hospitality laws, health and safety regulations, and licensing requirements within the FCT.

Qualifications and Skills:

Professional Profile

  • Education: Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Experience: At least five (5) years of robust experience in a managerial role, specifically overseeing the activities of a full-scale hotel.

  • Location: Must be based in or willing to relocate to Abuja (FCT).
