Job Description:

• Oversee daily operations across production, warehousing, and logistics.
• Develop and implement process improvement strategies.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
• Lead cross-functional teams to meet performance targets.
• Collaborate with senior leadership on operational planning and execution.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 7 years experience in operations management within manufacturing.
• Health & Safety Certification (e.g., NEBOSH or OSHA awareness).
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent knowledge of supply chain and production planning.
• Proven ability to drive efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
