About Company:

Sabi is a category agnostic B2B network for informal trade focused on accelerating the velocity of commerce by enabling stakeholders in the informal sector to access and offer value amongst each other. • Portfolio Growth: Drive monthly disbursement targets for Micro, SME, and Retail segments while maintaining a high-quality pipeline.

  • End-to-End Loan Operations: Oversee the full credit lifecycle—from origination and underwriting to disbursement and closure—ensuring maximum operational efficiency.

  • Risk & Compliance: Partner with Risk and Compliance teams to implement fraud prevention and early warning systems. Maintain a zero-tolerance policy for documentation gaps.

  • Collections & Remedial Oversight: Provide strategic direction for collections and delinquency management to maintain low PAR (Portfolio at Risk) and NPL (Non-Performing Loan) levels.

  • Stakeholder Management: Deliver monthly and quarterly performance reports to the Board and collaborate across the Sabi/Katsu ecosystem to drive supply-chain lending initiatives.

  • Niche Knowledge: Experience in Commodity-linked or Supply-Chain lending is highly preferred.

  • Regulatory Knowledge: Strong command of Nigerian financial regulations and operational frameworks.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
