Job Description:

• Lead HR planning, talent acquisition, performance management, and staff development.
• Enforce labor law compliance and internal policy implementation.
• Manage employee relations, disciplinary procedures, and staff welfare.
• Monitor HR metrics and provide reports to management.
• Coordinate payroll and benefits in collaboration with finance.
• Drive employee engagement and build a culture of accountability and growth.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Admin, or Industrial Relations (Master’s/CIPM is a plus).
• 15+ years experience,must include manufacturing industry HR leadership.
• Excellent knowledge of Nigerian labor law and workforce dynamics.
• Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
