Job Description:

We are seeking a high-velocity and strategically elite HR Support Officer to anchor the people engine of our Lagos operations. In the competitive Nigerian tech and corporate landscape, success is defined by "Operational Sovereignty", the ability to harmonize high-volume recruitment cycles with the clinical precision required for Employee Record Integrity, Leave Management, and Statutory Compliance. This role is designed for a "Human Capital Architect" with 1–3 years of experience who can blend "Administrative Grit" (managing physical and digital filings) with the "Analytical Agility" required to interpret Nigerian Labor Laws and support HR audits.

Requirements:

1. Talent Orchestration & Onboarding Governance

  • Recruitment Sovereignty: Assist in posting vacancies and screening CVs with millimetric focus, acting as the primary "Source of Candidate Pipeline."

  • Logistics Architecture: Coordinate interview schedules and hiring manager alignments, providing the "Structural Foundation" for elite talent acquisition.

  • Onboarding Stewardship: Support the orientation and documentation process for new hires, ensuring the "Source of Employee Integration" is seamless and professional.

2. Administrative Resilience & Compliance Logic

  • Record Sovereignty: Maintain high-fidelity employee files (digital and physical), acting as the primary "Source of Institutional Data."

  • Compliance Architecture: Ensure all HR practices align with Nigerian Labor Laws and company policies, providing the "Source of Regulatory De-risking."

3. Cultural Integrity & Support Power

  • Policy Sovereignty: Assist in the development and communication of HR policies, acting as the primary "Source of Internal Governance."

  • Document Logic: Prepare employment letters and confirmation documents with high attention to detail, utilizing 1–3 years of HR expertise to maximize the "Source of Professional Fidelity."

Qualifications and Skills:

Professional Profile

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree or HND in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Experience: 1–3 years in an HR or administrative role (Tech or Fintech experience is a strategic advantage).

  • Technical Mastery: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with HR software.
