Job Description:

We are seeking a high-velocity and intellectually elite Head of Chambers to anchor the legal engine of our firm. In the specialized landscape of Nigerian law, success is defined by "Jurisprudential Sovereignty", the ability to harmonize complex litigation strategies with the clinical precision required for Court Processes, Legal Opinions, and Regulatory Compliance. This role is designed for a "Legal Architect" with at least 7 years of post-call experience who can blend "Advocacy Grit" (representing the firm in high-level litigation) with the "Strategic Agility" required to drive business development and mentor a high-performance team of associates.

Requirements:

1. Practice Orchestration & Supervisory Governance

• Advocacy Sovereignty: Lead and supervise lawyers, associates, and support staff with millimetric focus, acting as the primary "Source of Professional Excellence."

• Case Architecture: Oversee case allocation and strategic execution, providing the "Structural Foundation" for successful litigation and advisory outcomes.
