About Company:

Job Description:
We are seeking a seasoned, heavyweight Group HR / Admin Manager to steer the integrated human resources and administrative functions of our group. With 15–20 years of experience, you will be the bridge between high-level organizational strategy and ground-level operational discipline at our Abule-Egba hub.
This is a unique dual-track leadership role. On one hand, you will architect the Human Capital framework—from CIPM-aligned policy implementation and payroll to performance management and employee relations. On the other hand, you will exercise rigorous Administrative Oversight over our logistics assets, fuel station processes, and fleet maintenance. If you are a veteran leader who can balance the nuances of industrial relations with the technicalities of fleet and spare-parts management, we want you to lead our group.
Requirements:
1. Strategic HR & Talent Governance
Lifecycle Management: Oversee the entire employee lifecycle including recruitment, onboarding, and the maintenance of confidential personnel records.
Performance & Growth: Drive the performance appraisal process and lead learning and development initiatives to ensure organizational growth.
Compliance & Benefits: Manage health insurance (HMO), pension schemes, and payroll, while ensuring all HR policies comply with CIPM standards and Nigerian labor laws.
Discipline & Culture: Monitor staff punctuality, professional grooming, and ID compliance, fostering a culture of accountability.
2. Fleet & Logistics Administration
Maintenance Oversight: Coordinate the servicing schedule for the truck fleet, ensuring the physical body condition is recorded via check charts and maintenance logs.
Spare Parts Governance: Supervise the movement of spare parts between stores and mechanics to prevent pilferage and ensure operational readiness.
Loading & Waybills: Monitor depot representatives to ensure loading records and waybills are accurately filed and reconciled.
3. Fuel Process & Asset Management
Filling Station Operations: Manage all filling station staff and equipment, ensuring a balance between speed of service and quality control.
Quality Assurance: Conduct fuel density tests (desktop density) for every supply to ensure strict compliance with company fuel policies.
Fuel Reconciliation: Monitor and reconcile fuel supply versus dispensation from stationary tanks to eliminate leakage and fraud.
Qualifications and Skills:
Professional Profile
Education: First Degree / HND in Social Sciences, Humanities, or a related field.
Certification: Must be a member of CIPM (Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria).
Experience: 15 – 20 years of relevant experience, with at least 8 years in a reputable, large-scale organization.
Tech Proficiency: Mastery of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Core Competencies
Multi-Tasking Mastery: Ability to manage complex logistics operations while simultaneously handling sensitive employee relations.
Stress Management: Proven ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced industrial hub like Abule-Egba.
Analytical Problem-Solving: Ability to spot operational bottlenecks or HR grievances and implement "competent alternative solutions" immediately.
