Job Description:

We are seeking a creative and strategic Senior Graphic Designer to bridge the gap between complex business concepts and compelling visual narratives. This role is designed for a versatile professional who can pivot between the high-stakes precision of REIT investment listings, the lifestyle-driven aesthetics of Hospitality branding, and the sleek, user-centric interface of Fintech ventures. You will be responsible for translating property values and financial data into premium marketing collateral that drives investment and engagement. If you are an Abuja-based designer with a portfolio that proves you can master diverse brand voices, we want you on our team.

Requirements:

1. Sector-Specific Design Execution

• Real Estate & REITs: Conceptualize and produce high-quality collateral, including luxury property brochures, site plans, 3D floor plan overlays, and large-scale promotional banners.

• Financial Visualization: Develop clear, engaging, and compliant visual materials for investment fund presentations and investor reports, turning complex financial data into digestible infographics.

• Fintech & Hospitality: Create modern UI graphics, web elements, and high-impact social media campaigns that resonate with digital-first users and travelers.

2. Brand Stewardship & Consistency

• Cross-Vertical Identity: Ensure all visual output adheres to each company’s specific brand guidelines, maintaining a premium identity across all digital and print touchpoints.

• Collaboration: Partner with marketing, sales, and investment teams to translate business objectives into visual solutions that convert leads into investors.

• Asset Management: Maintain and organize a robust digital library of photos, logos, and raw design files for rapid retrieval and deployment.

3. Technical Production & Innovation

• Output Optimization: Prepare and optimize graphics for diverse platforms, ensuring color accuracy for print and high performance for web/mobile interfaces.

• Trend Advocacy: Stay ahead of design trends in real estate and fintech, proposing innovative ideas to enhance our visual communication strategy.

Qualifications and Skills:

Education & Experience

• Academic Background: Bachelor’s degree or HND in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.

• Proven Tenure: Minimum of 5 years of professional design experience, with a portfolio specifically demonstrating work for real estate or financial clients.

• Certification: Relevant professional certification (e.g., Adobe Certified Expert) is highly advantageous.

Technical Skill Set

• Adobe Suite Mastery: Expert proficiency in Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.

• UI/UX Design: Strong experience using Figma for web and mobile interface elements.

• Typography & Layout: Advanced skills in typography, grid systems, and visual hierarchy.

Core Competencies

• Location: Must reside in Abuja and be able to commit to project-based flexibility.

• Multitasking: Proven ability to manage multiple high-priority projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

• Detail-Oriented: Exceptional attention to detail, especially regarding brand compliance and financial reporting accuracy.
