We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Description:

• This is a unique opportunity. You'll have the responsibility and resources to take a significant part in the creation of a paradigm-changing product that will impact millions.

Responsibilities

• Support the marketing team with visual designs for campaigns across digital channels (social media, email, website, paid ads, events, and presentations).
• Create engaging motion graphics and short videos for marketing campaigns, product launches, and brand storytelling.
• Assist in designing marketing assets for regional expansion efforts, ensuring consistency with Duplo’s brand guidelines across markets.
• Collaborate with content, growth, and product marketing teams to translate ideas into clear, visually compelling creatives.
• Adapt and resize design assets for different platforms and formats as needed.
• Maintain and organize design files, templates, and brand assets for easy reuse.
• Stay up to date with design trends, motion styles, and best practices relevant to fintech and B2B marketing.
• Support ad-hoc design needs for events, partnerships, and internal communications.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in graphic design, visual design, or a related field
• Strong skills in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro), or similar.
• Basic to intermediate experience creating motion graphics or short-form videos for digital platforms.
• A good eye for layout, typography, color, and visual storytelling.
• Ability to work with brand guidelines and maintain consistency across different assets and regions.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple design tasks at once.
• Willingness to learn, take feedback, and grow in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Portfolio showcasing design/motion work.
