Job Description:

• Full-Spectrum Design: Produce high-quality still images and branded assets for both digital and print use, including brochures, flyers, and social media graphics.

• Video Production & Editing: Edit short-form (Reels/TikTok/Shorts) and long-form video content, ensuring high-quality sound, pacing, and visual enhancement.

• Brand Stewardship: Execute the Creative Director’s vision while adhering strictly to established brand guidelines and visual standards across all platforms.

• Technical Optimization: Perform advanced image retouching and video manipulation. Optimize all content formats for platform-specific requirements.

• Rapid Project Execution: Manage multiple projects simultaneously under strict turnaround windows:

  • Still Images: 12–24 hour delivery.

  • Videos: 24–48 hour delivery.

• Performance Excellence: Maintain a consistent 90% monthly performance rating to ensure operational efficiency and salary benchmarks.

Requirements:

• Creative Eye: A strong portfolio demonstrating advanced retouching, layout design, and modern video pacing.

• Platform Savvy: Deep understanding of social media trends and technical format requirements (aspect ratios, safe zones, etc.).

• Resilience: Ability to work under significant pressure, meet tight deadlines, and iterate quickly based on feedback.

• Logistics: Willingness to attend physical meetings in [Location] as required.

Qualifications and Skills:

Software Mastery: Expert-level proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator) or equivalent high-end production tools.
