We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Description:

• We are seeking a fast-paced, results-driven Ad Creative Designer to produce high-converting social media ads at scale.
• This is not a standard design role—your job is to create 20+ ad creatives per day for Instagram and Facebook that drive clicks, add-to-cart actions, and sales.
• You will leverage AI design tools, existing product and model images, and your knowledge of direct response advertising to deliver scroll-stopping creatives daily.

Key Responsibilities

• Design 20+ ad creatives per day for Instagram and Facebook (Meta Ads) including static images, carousels, and story formats.

• Use AI tools (Nana Banana, ChatGPT, MidJourney, etc.) to accelerate production while maintaining high-quality output.

• Transform existing product photos and model images into multiple ad variations.

• Test visual hooks such as before/after layouts, testimonial cards, problem/solution formats, and lifestyle shots with text overlays.

• Analyze competitors’ ads and create improved versions.

• Apply direct response principles: strong hooks, clear product focus, benefit-driven copy overlays, and effective CTAs.

• Resize and adapt creatives for different placements (feed, story, reels cover).

• Take feedback and produce same-day revisions.

• Stay updated on Instagram and Facebook ad trends, formats, and best practices

Requirements:

• 2+ years of graphic design experience focused on social media ads or performance marketing.

• Proven ability to produce high-volume creative work (not just portfolio highlights).

• Experience designing ads for Instagram and Facebook that ran as paid campaigns.

• Strong understanding of what makes an ad stop the scroll: color contrast, bold typography, and clean layouts.

• Proficiency with AI tools for design (Nana Banana, ChatGPT image generation, or similar).

• Solid understanding of direct response advertising principles: your designs must sell.

• Proficiency in tools of choice: Canva Pro, Photoshop, Figma, Illustrator, or similar.

• Ability to work independently and meet daily production targets.

Nice to Have:

• Experience designing ads for beauty, skincare, health, or FMCG brands.

• Experience with A/B testing ad creatives.

• Basic video editing skills (text overlays, motion graphics for reels).

• Knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and ad performance optimization.

• Experience with e-commerce brands running daily ads.
