Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and imaginative Graphic Designer to join our high-octane creative team. In this role, you will be more than a "pixel pusher"—you will be a visual strategist responsible for producing compelling solutions across brand identity, digital platforms, and high-impact marketing campaigns.

Your mission is to translate complex business objectives into eye-catching creative that drives measurable results. Whether you are architecting a new brand identity for a Fintech startup or preparing high-fidelity assets for a Figma prototype, you will work at the intersection of aesthetics and utility. If you have 2–4 years of experience, a mastery of the Adobe Suite and Figma, and a portfolio that proves you can push creative boundaries, we invite you to shape the future of our clients' brands.

Requirements:

1. Brand Identity & Visual Systems

• Identity Architecture: Design comprehensive brand systems, including logos, typography scales, and color palettes that resonate across industries.

• Brand Governance: Develop rigorous style guides and corporate identity kits to ensure 100% visual consistency across all physical and digital touchpoints.

• Collateral Design: Produce high-quality brand collateral, from stationery and pitch decks to social media banners.

2. Digital Design & UI Support

• Digital Asset Creation: Craft bespoke visual assets for websites, landing pages, and mobile applications that enhance the user journey.

• Figma Workflow: Support the UI/UX team by preparing icons, illustrations, and layout elements, ensuring all assets are pixel-perfect and dev-ready.

• Platform Optimization: Collaborate with developers to ensure assets are optimized for web and mobile (proper SVG/PNG exports, resolution handling, and responsiveness).

3. Marketing & Campaign Innovation

• Multi-Channel Campaigns: Conceptualize and execute assets for digital ads, email templates, and social media campaigns that stop the "scroll."

• Creative Brainstorming: Lead and participate in ideation sessions to generate fresh concepts that align with market trends and fan behavior.

• Visual Hierarchy: Apply advanced knowledge of typography and layout to ensure marketing messages are clear, persuasive, and aligned with brand goals.

Qualifications and Skills:

Professional Profile

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or Fine Arts.

• Experience: 2–4 years of professional experience, ideally in an agency or consulting environment.

• Software Mastery: Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Ps, Ai, Id) and Figma.

• Nice to Have: Experience in Motion Graphics (After Effects) or basic HTML/CSS for developer handoff.

Core Competencies

• Design Theory: Deep understanding of color theory, typography, and layout.

• Versatility: Proven ability to design for diverse sectors like Fintech, QSR, and Hospitality.
