Job Description:

• We are seeking a talented professional who is passionate about socio-economic development through agricultural and Agro-allied investments.
• Day-to-day management of cultivation and equipment.
• Supervising department heads.
• Manage the farm's finances
• Ensure compliance with regulations,
• Implement sustainable farming techniques and modern agricultural technologies
• Collaborate with R&D to improve crop yields.

Requirements:

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's Degree in Agriculture (Master's preferred) and a minimum of 10 years of progressive leadership experience in commercial farming, with at least five years in a general management position.
• A proven track record of managing large-scale farms (over 500 hectares),
• Strong business skills including budgeting and strategic planning, and knowledge of modern agricultural practices and technology.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Familiarity with Nigerian and West African agricultural policies, climates, and challenges.
