Job Description:

  • Future Talent Programme is a Trainee Program within Tetra Pak. We offer a permanent position from start in September 2026 at our site in Lund. You will onboard an individually designed development program for 18 months connected to a specific position and the Tetra Pak organization.
  • During the program you will participate in trainings and job rotations throughout various parts of Tetra Pak to explore your potential and grow as a person. As a Trainee here with us, you will get to know our entire business and collaborate with colleagues all over the world.
  • And this is just the beginning of your Tetra Pak career!
  •  You will be based in Lagos, Nigeria but you will work in a global arena.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • CRM & Data Management: Maintain and update CRM systems, SAP records, and ensure data accuracy.
  • Reporting & Analytics: Use Power BI and advanced Excel skills to track KPIs, generate dashboards, and report on business development activities.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Follow up with key stakeholders to close gaps in tools and processes.
  • Market Analysis: Work closely with the marketing team to analyze the business landscape, identify new leads, and guide the team toward high-potential opportunities.
  • Lead Generation & Conversion: Support post-lead generation activities to improve lead quality and conversion rates.
  • Research & Intelligence Gathering: Conduct desktop research and collaborate with Field Sales Executives (FSEs) to gather local and on-ground market intelligence.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on all activities, ensuring alignment with KPIs and business objectives.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in CRM systems, SAP, Power BI, and strong Excel skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Management, Finance, or related field (Graduated in 2025-2026).
  • 0–1 year of experience in business development, analytics, or related roles (internship experience acceptable).
