Job Description:
We are seeking a high-velocity Business Development Executive to drive our market expansion and revenue growth. This is a role for a "Hunter" who possesses the strategic mindset of a "Consultant." You will be responsible for the entire business generation engine: identifying untapped opportunities, qualifying high-value leads, and closing complex deals. You won't just be selling products; you will be building a robust ecosystem of partnerships and delivering tailored solutions that solve real client pain points. If you are a self-starter with a proven track record of smashing quotas and the ability to influence stakeholders at every level, we want you to lead our growth initiatives.
Requirements:
1. Lead Intelligence & Sales Strategy
Opportunity Mining: Identify, qualify, and secure new business opportunities by developing customized, data-driven sales strategies.
Database Management: Build and maintain a comprehensive database of prospective clients, ensuring all lead information is accurate and actionable.
Market Presence: Create and deliver high-impact presentations at client meetings, industry exhibits, and trade shows to elevate brand visibility.
2. Aggressive Outreach & Deal Closing
High-Activity Prospecting: Execute cold calling and outbound strategies, meeting strict quotas for active calls, appointments, and interviews.
The Closing Process: Navigate potential clients through the entire sales funnel—from answering initial queries and RFPs (Requests for Proposals) to final contract execution.
Account Growth: Collaborate with sales leadership to not only secure new accounts but also retain and scale existing client relationships.
3. Strategic Planning & Forecasting
Goal Alignment: Partner with management to set sales goals, conduct revenue forecasting, and develop both short- and long-term business development plans.
Performance Analytics: Track and report on sales results, using data insights to refine outreach tactics and improve conversion rates.
Client Advocacy: Deeply understand client needs to offer customized support and solutions, ensuring high levels of satisfaction from the first point of contact.
Qualifications and Skills:
Professional Profile
Education: BSc / HND in Business Administration or a related field.
Experience: 3–5 years of proven experience in business development, sales, or lead generation.
Technical Savvy: Demonstrated experience with modern lead generation tools and prospect management systems (CRM).
Core Competencies
Communication Power: Exceptional verbal and written skills with the "grit" to handle high-volume cold calling and complex negotiations.
Analytical Precision: Strong time-management and analytical skills to prioritize high-value leads and manage a busy sales pipeline.
Results-Driven: A documented history of meeting or exceeding annual sales goals and quotas.
