Job Description:
Hanwill Pharmacy is seeking a professional, clinical-focused, and leadership-oriented Pharmacist to join our team in Egbeda. The ideal candidate will be responsible for high-quality patient counseling, precise medication dispensing, and clinical service delivery in a community pharmacy setting. We are looking for a proactive pharmacist who can lead by example, maintain excellent patient rapport, and offer specialized services such as vaccinations.
Requirements:
Clinical Excellence: Provide comprehensive medication therapy management (MTM) and patient counseling to ensure safe and effective drug use.
Service Delivery: Administer vaccinations and provide primary health screenings for patients within the community.
Leadership: Supervise pharmacy support staff, ensure operational standards are met, and maintain a professional and welcoming environment for all customers.
Compliance: Ensure all pharmacy activities align with Pharmacists Council of Nigeria (PCN) regulations and internal company protocols.
Communication: Maintain excellent verbal and written communication with patients, healthcare providers, and the pharmacy team.
Qualifications and Skills:
Education: Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm) or Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D) degree from a PCN-recognized institution.
Experience: Minimum of 1 year of post-NYSC experience specifically in a Community Pharmacy setting.
Clinical Skills: Proven expertise in clinical pharmacy practice, patient assessment, and medication therapy.
Technical Skills: Ability to administer vaccines is a mandatory requirement.
Leadership: A strong track record of leadership and the ability to manage pharmacy operations effectively.
Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication skills with a customer-oriented approach to patient care.
