Job Description:
We are seeking a high-velocity and leadership-oriented Front Desk Officer to anchor the hospitality engine of our Abuja-based operations. In the specialized landscape of FCT’s premium service sector, success is defined by "Guest Sovereignty", the ability to harmonize front-office workflows with the clinical precision required for Staff Supervision, Reservations Governance, and Service Recovery. This role is designed for an "Experience Architect" who can blend "Relational Grit" (resolving complex guest complaints) with the "Managerial Agility" required to coordinate across Housekeeping, F&B, and Maintenance departments.
Requirements:
1. Leadership Orchestration & Front-Office Governance
Supervisory Sovereignty: Oversee daily operations and train front-desk staff with millimetric focus, acting as the primary "Source of Professional Standards."
Scheduling Architecture: Design and manage staff rosters and reception workflows, providing the "Structural Foundation" for 24/7 service continuity.
Policy Stewardship: Enforce front-office procedures and service standards, ensuring the "Source of Brand Integrity" is elite and uncompromised.
2. Tactical Resilience & Service Logic
Recovery Sovereignty: Lead guest complaint resolution and special requests, acting as the primary "Source of Conflict Mitigation."
Logistics Architecture: Coordinate seamlessly with Housekeeping and F&B to ensure "Room-Ready" status, providing the "Functional Foundation" for guest satisfaction.
Accuracy Stewardship: Ensure 100% precision in guest billing and cash handling, maintaining the "Source of Financial Integrity."
3. Operational Integrity & Performance Power
Inventory Sovereignty: Monitor room availability and occupancy in real-time, acting as the primary "Source of Revenue Visibility."
Reporting Architecture: Prepare operational summaries and performance reports for management, providing the "Analytical Foundation" for executive decision-making.
Velocity Logic: Utilize PMS and Microsoft Office proficiency to manage multiple guest transitions simultaneously, maximizing the "Source of Operational Throughput."

Experience: Proven experience in a front-office supervisory or lead role within a reputable hospitality setting.
