Job Description:

We are seeking a high-velocity and customer-centric Onboarding / Implementation Agent to anchor the growth engine of Monie book. In the specialized landscape of fintech and retail SaaS, success is defined by "Adoption Sovereignty", the ability to harmonize technical POS configuration with the clinical precision required for User Training, Engagement Monitoring, and Long-Term Success. This role is designed for an "Implementation Architect" with 2–4 years of experience who can blend "Technical Grit" (configuring Monie book POS to fit operations) with the "Instructional Agility" required to drive user confidence within the critical first 30–60 days.

Requirements:

1. Implementation Orchestration & Adoption Governance

• Onboarding Sovereignty: Lead the end-to-end customer journey from signup to full product adoption, acting as the primary "Source of First-Value Delivery."

• Configuration Architecture: Tailor Monie book POS settings to align with unique retail operations, providing the "Structural Foundation" for daily business efficiency.

• Handover Stewardship: Document progress and ensure a seamless transition to Account Managers, ensuring the "Source of Customer History" is elite and uncompromised.

2. Tactical Resilience & Training Logic

• Instructional Sovereignty: Deliver high-energy training sessions to build user confidence, acting as the primary "Source of Product Competency."

• Metric Architecture: Monitor adoption KPIs and proactively intervene with "at-risk" customers, providing the "Analytical Foundation" for churn prevention.

• Resolution Stewardship: Build trust and resolve technical or operational hurdles during the setup phase, maintaining the "Source of Relational Integrity."

3. Operational Integrity & Performance Power

• Feedback Sovereignty: Translate customer pain points into actionable insights for the product team, acting as the primary "Source of User-Centric Evolution."

• Project Architecture: Manage a high volume of simultaneous onboarding cycles without loss of detail, providing the "Functional Foundation" for department scale.

• Velocity Logic: Utilize 2–4 years of implementation expertise to shorten the "Time-to-Value" for new retail merchants, maximizing the "Source of Revenue Throughput."

Qualifications and Skills:

Professional Profile

• Experience: 2 – 4 years of proven experience in onboarding, customer success, or implementation (SaaS / POS experience is preferred).

• Skills: Strong training, communication, and problem-solving abilities.

• Tech Mastery: Proficient in mobile/web applications and adaptable to new fintech tools.

• Attributes: High attention to detail with a "Customer-First" mindset.

• Location: Must be based in or able to cover Ikorodu or Alimosho / Ipaja (Lagos).
