Job Description:
We are seeking a high-integrity and vigilant Front Desk & Operations Executive to lead the guest services function at our Sangotedo facility. In the serviced apartment sector, the Front Desk is more than a reception point; it is the "Command Center" for guest comfort and property safety. This role is designed for a "Hospitality Guardian", a professional who can balance high-touch guest relations with the operational rigor required to manage a 24-hour shift rotation.
Your mission is to ensure "Seamless Stays and Absolute Operational Vigilance." You will be the primary anchor for the property: responsible for managing the guest lifecycle—from digital booking to check-out, while simultaneously overseeing facility security and utility performance. If you possess "Operational Grit," a professional etiquette, and the stamina for a 1-Day-On / 1-Day-Off schedule, we want you to drive our front-office excellence.
Requirements:
1. Guest Lifecycle & Service Architecture
Check-In/Out Mastery: Manage guest arrivals and departures with surgical precision, ensuring all documentation, key issuance, and billing are handled accurately.
Service Diplomacy: Serve as the primary navigator for guest inquiries regarding high-end amenities (Wi-Fi, electric burners, etc.) and resolve maintenance or service complaints with professional poise.
Relationship Stewardship: Manage the "Customer Journey" to ensure guest satisfaction leads to repeat bookings and positive digital reviews.
2. Front Office Governance & Financial Integrity
Reservations Management: Administer bookings across multiple digital platforms, maintaining real-time room availability to prevent double-bookings.
Payment Processing: Manage guest billing and payment reconciliation with a high level of financial accuracy and integrity.
Digital Communication: Utilize WhatsApp and property management systems to maintain constant, professional touchpoints with guests and management.
3. Facility Oversight & Safety Vigilance
Security Monitoring: Actively monitor 24/7 CCTV feeds to ensure the safety of guests and property assets during your 24-hour shift.
Utility Governance: Act as the first responder for facility issues, promptly notifying management of concerns regarding backup generator performance or other essential services.
Housekeeping Synergy: Coordinate closely with the Housekeeping team to ensure "Room Readiness" and strict adherence to cleanliness standards before guest arrival.
Qualifications and Skills:
Professional Profile
Experience: Prior experience in a Hotel, Serviced Apartment, or high-end hospitality environment is strongly preferred.
Technical Savvy: Proficiency in using property management software, WhatsApp for Business, and basic office tools (Excel/Word).
Location: Must be able to commute to Sangotedo for a 24-hour shift rotation.
