Job Description:

• Coordinate production activities and ensure that good quality bottles are produced in line with the quality plan.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure that activities concerned with job change are carried out in line with production requirements.
• Maintain and monitor effective supervision of the Forming Department with reference to quality and cleanliness of work areas
• Identify and rate the department's activities and develop programs where necessary to help control those activities that could have adverse impact on the environment.
• Ensure hygienic environment during production until packaging
• Ensure that CCPs are working at specified point and appoint an employee to monitor each CCP
• Ensure compliance with relevant Quality Management Systems (QMS), Occupational Health and Safety Assessment Series (OHSAS), Environmental Management Systems (EMS) and any other relevant management systems.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree or Higher National Diploma (HND) in Mechanical Engineering, Glass Technology or related discipline
• 4 - 6 years experience in a similar role.
• Good communication oral/written and report writing skills
• Ability to use Microsoft Suites - excel, words and power point.
