Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Finance Manager to oversee our financial operations in Ogba-Ojodu. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring strict regulatory compliance, and providing data-driven insights that support our strategic growth. Requirements:

• Financial Reporting & Planning: Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with IFRS. Manage the full budgeting cycle, including forecasting and variance analysis to keep the business on track.

• Operational Accounting: Oversee daily functions such as accounts payable/receivable, general ledger management, and bank reconciliations to ensure accurate record-keeping.

• Compliance & Audit: Lead tax filing processes (VAT, PAYE, Corporate Tax) and manage relationships with external auditors. Implement robust internal controls to safeguard company assets.

• Cash Flow Management: Monitor liquidity and banking relationships to ensure sufficient capital for daily operations and investment opportunities.

• Strategic Insight: Evaluate cost-saving initiatives and financial risks, providing management with the insights needed to make informed business decisions.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

• Experience: 3–5 years of professional experience in accounting or financial management.

• Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge of IFRS and Nigerian tax regulations.

• Software Proficiency: Hands-on experience with accounting software or ERP systems (e.g., Sage, QuickBooks, SAP).

• Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, combined with high integrity and meticulous attention to detail.
