We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Description:

  • We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Field Sales Manager to lead our sales operations in Asaba.
  • You will be responsible for building and managing a high-performing team of sales agents, driving the expansion of our POS and Mobility agent networks, and achieving ambitious revenue targets for the region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and motivate a team of field sales agents to achieve their targets.
  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to penetrate the market and acquire new agents.
  • Identify and pursue new market opportunities and partnership prospects within the Asaba region.
  • Oversee the recruitment, onboarding, and continuous training of sales agents.
  • Set clear sales targets, monitor team performance, and provide regular feedback and reports.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key agents, partners, and community leaders.
  • Provide management with insights on market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in a field sales role, with at least 2 years in a team leadership or management position.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Experience in agency banking, microfinance, FMCG, or mobility sectors is highly desirable.
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and team management skills.
  • Excellent knowledge of the Asaba market and its commercial dynamics.
