Job Description:

• This is a full-time, on-site role based in Abuja for a Van Sales Representative. The Van Sales Representative will be responsible for promoting and selling PZ Cussons products to customers by operating designated van routes
• Key tasks include identifying new sales opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, maintaining accurate records of sales transactions, and ensuring timely delivery of products.
• Coordinating with the sales team to achieve targets and gathering customer feedback to improve services will also be integral to the role.

Requirements:

• Sales and negotiation skills, including experience in B2B or FMCG sales
• Customer relationship management, including the ability to build strong client connections and handle customer queries effectively
• Organizational and time-management skills to plan routes and deliver products on schedule
• Proficiency in record-keeping and basic reporting
• Valid driver's license and the ability to drive a commercial vehicle
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and solve on-the-job challenges
• Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage
• Basic understanding of PZ Cussons brands and products is a plus.
