Job Description:
We are seeking a high-energy and professionally poised Sales Representative to anchor our showroom operations in the heart of Abuja (Wuye & Wuse). In the high-end furniture and commercial interiors sector, success is defined by "Consultative Conversion", the ability to move beyond simple transactions to provide tailored interior solutions that resonate with a client’s lifestyle or corporate identity. This role is designed for a "Brand Ambassador" with 2+ years of experience who can blend "Interior Design Sensibility" with the "Persuasive Grit" required to meet aggressive monthly sales targets.
Your mission is to ensure "Exceptional Client Journeys and Sustained Revenue Velocity." You will be the face of the organization: responsible for showroom curation, outbound lead follow-ups, and managing the end-to-end sales process from initial inquiry to final installation. If you possess "Aesthetic Intelligence," a degree in Business or Social Sciences, and a proven track record in high-value sales, we want you to drive our market presence in the FCT.
Requirements:
1. Showroom Orchestration & Consultative Selling
Active Engagement: Approach showroom visitors with professional warmth, conducting "Suggestive Selling" to maximize basket size by showcasing multiple product lines.
Customization Expertise: Explain technical features and customizable options (fabrics, finishes, ergonomics) to customers, helping them maximize the utility of their furniture choices.
Aesthetic Governance: Maintain the showroom’s "High-Luxury" standards by regularly dusting, arranging displays, and ensuring all point-of-sale (POS) tags and pricing are 100% accurate.
2. Pipeline Management & Revenue Integrity
Sales Lifecycle Ownership: Manage the full sales funnel—from processing quotes and sales orders to arranging financing and discussing warranties/part replacements.
Strategic Follow-up: Maintain meticulous records of non-purchasing visitors and conduct outbound follow-up calls and emails to convert leads into lifelong clients.
Operational Synergy: Coordinate with the installation team immediately after a sale to ensure seamless packaging, delivery, and setup of purchases.
3. Market Intelligence & Professional Representation
Product Mastery: Continuously learn about new arrivals and technical specifications to provide expert advice on commercial and residential interior trends.
External Advocacy: Represent the brand at high-profile events, sales parties, and industry exhibitions to expand the organization’s network.
Inventory Control: Participate in physical inventory counts and assist with procurement orders to ensure high-demand items are always in stock.
Qualifications and Skills:
Professional Profile
Education: Minimum of an OND, HND, or First Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or Social Sciences.
Experience: Minimum of 2 years of successful sales experience. (Knowledge of Commercial Interiors or Office Furniture is a distinct advantage).
Location: Must be comfortable working in the Wuye/Wuse axis of Abuja.
