Job Description:
We are seeking a high-energy and results-oriented Field Sales Agent to spearhead our market expansion within the Alimosho axis. In the fast-paced logistics and cargo sector, success is defined by "Market Density"—the ability to convert high-potential territories into consistent revenue streams. This role is designed for a "Commercial Hunter", a professional with 2–4 years of experience who can blend traditional field grit with the analytical tools required to track and improve sales volume.
Your mission is to ensure "Territory Dominance and Measurable Growth." You will be the primary point of contact in the field: responsible for identifying new leads, closing cargo/logistics contracts, and utilizing mobile technology to report real-time progress. If you possess "Field Grit," a tech-savvy mindset, and a proven track record of hitting targets, we want you to drive our Alimosho operations.
Requirements:
1. Strategic Territory Mapping & Acquisition
Lead Origination: Actively scout and secure new business opportunities within the Alimosho axis, focusing on high-volume cargo and logistics clients.
Conversion Engineering: Move prospects through the sales funnel—from initial contact to signed agreement—ensuring a high win rate.
Market Intelligence: Monitor local competitor activities and pricing shifts to ensure our logistics offerings remain the most attractive in the territory.
2. Data-Driven Sales & Performance Monitoring
Volume Optimization: Implement strategies to consistently improve sales volume, using historical data to identify and exploit growth trends.
Measurable Outcomes: Maintain a clear log of sales metrics, providing senior management with data-backed results that demonstrate target achievement.
CRM & Tech Integration: Utilize mobile and computer-based sales tools to manage leads, track interactions, and report daily field activity with precision.
3. Relationship Management & Brand Advocacy
Client Retention: Build and maintain long-term relationships with key customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
Communication Excellence: Act as a professional brand ambassador, effectively communicating the value proposition of our cargo and logistics services.
Cross-Functional Feedback: Provide the operations team with "ground-truth" feedback from clients to help optimize service delivery and logistics routes.
Qualifications and Skills:
Professional Profile
Education: Bachelor’s Degree (BA/BSc/HND) in any field.
Experience: 2 – 4 years of experience in field sales. (Direct experience in Cargo or Logistics is a significant advantage).
Location: MANDATORY—Applicants must reside within the Alimosho axis of Lagos State.
