Job Description:

Beem Farms is seeking a high-energy, persuasive, and empathetic Sales & Customer Service Representative to lead our digital storefront. In the FMCG and agricultural sector, the bridge between a social media inquiry and a satisfied dinner table is built on trust and rapid response. This role is designed for a "Conversion Specialist", a professional with 1–2 years of experience who can turn a casual WhatsApp DM into a loyal, repeat customer.

Your mission is to ensure "Lead-to-Loyalty Excellence." You will be the primary voice of the brand: responsible for driving sales through digital channels, managing the end-to-end delivery experience, and maintaining Beem Farms’ reputation for quality. If you possess "Interpersonal Grit" and the analytical ability to track your own sales performance in Excel, we want you to grow with our team.

Requirements:

1. Digital Sales & Conversion Engineering

  • Omnichannel Engagement: Lead customer interactions across WhatsApp Business, Instagram DMs, and phone calls, ensuring no lead is left cold.

  • Strategic Upselling: Analyze customer preferences to cross-sell and upsell Beem products, maximizing the value of every transaction.

  • Target Achievement: Drive consistent efforts to meet and exceed rigorous weekly and monthly sales benchmarks as set by the Head of Sales.

2. Customer Relationship & Journey Management

  • Lifecycle Governance: Manage the complete customer journey: from initial lead acquisition and sale to delivery coordination and post-purchase feedback.

  • Objection Handling: Confidently navigate concerns regarding pricing or delivery logistics using persuasive communication and deep product knowledge.

  • Loyalty Cultivation: Implement proactive follow-up strategies to ensure customer satisfaction and encourage high repeat-purchase rates.

3. Service Excellence & Operational Synergy

  • Logistics Coordination: Partner with operations and logistics teams to ensure that the "Sales Promise" is matched by accurate and timely delivery.

  • Reporting Integrity: Maintain precise daily tracking sheets and submit weekly performance reports that provide visibility into conversion rates and customer feedback.

  • Process Innovation: Actively suggest improvements for sales workflows and service quality based on direct customer interactions.

Qualifications and Skills:

Professional Profile

  • Education: Minimum of OND / NCE (Bachelor’s Degree is preferred).

  • Experience: 1–2 years in sales or customer service, ideally within FMCG, Food, or E-commerce.

  • Technical Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and digital tools like WhatsApp Business and Instagram DMs.

Core Competencies

  • Persuasive Grit: A strong understanding of customer psychology and the ability to close sales under pressure.

  • Communication Mastery: Exceptional written and verbal skills; you must be able to project the brand’s warmth and professionalism digitally.

  • Attention to Detail: High accuracy in order documentation and reporting to prevent delivery errors.

Salary

₦150,000 - ₦180,000/month
