Job Description:
- The Inventory Officer is responsible for overseeing and managing the organization’s inventory levels, ensuring accurate record-keeping, and maintaining optimal stock levels to support operational needs.
- Monitor and maintain accurate inventory records.
- Receive, inspect, and record incoming goods and materials.
- Issue and dispatch items as required by departments.
- Conduct regular stock counts (daily, weekly, monthly).
- Reconcile physical stock with inventory records.
- Identify shortages, excess stock, or discrepancies.
- Prepare inventory reports for management.
- Ensure proper storage and handling of goods.
- Coordinate with procurement and suppliers for stock replenishment.
- Maintain proper documentation (invoices, delivery notes, stock cards).
- Implement inventory control procedures and systems.
Requirements:
- Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor`s / Master`s Degree with 2 - 5 years experience.
