Job Description:

• We are seeking a proactive and organized Facility officer to oversee the daily operations, maintenance, and safety of our facilities.
• The ideal candidate will ensure the workplace is functional, secure, and well-maintained while coordinating vendors, supervising repairs, and managing facility-related administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee routine maintenance, repairs, and general facility upkeep.
• Coordinate with vendors, technicians, and service providers
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.
• Manage utility usage and recommend cost-saving measures.
• Supervise cleaning, security, and maintenance personnel where applicable.
• Respond promptly to facility emergencies or urgent issues.
• Prepare facility reports and updates for management.

Requirements:

• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Basic technical knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and building systems.
