Job Description:

• i-Fitness is currently seeking smart, hands-on, detail-oriented, and proactive individuals to support the facility operations of its branches both on the Island and Mainland in Lagos.
• The ideal candidates will ensure all facilities, Facility equipments and  and gym equipment are well-maintained, safe, and fully operational .

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct regular checks on stores, warehouses, and office spaces to identify maintenance and safety issues.
• Address repair requests promptly, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance.
• Ensure all facility systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical) are operational; coordinate repairs when needed.
• Work with external vendors for services like cleaning and pest control; ensure SLAs are met.
• Maintain compliance with health, fire, and environmental safety regulations.
• Monitor and maintain fire safety equipment and coordinate periodic inspections.
• Support space planning and layout optimization for retail and office areas.
• Track and support preventive maintenance schedules to reduce equipment breakdowns

Requirements:

• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
• Ability to respond effectively to emergencies.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Facilities Management, Operations, or related field with 1–2 years’ experience in facility management or maintenance
• Basic knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems
