We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Description:
- The Facility Manager at Turbo Energy is responsible for overseeing the maintenance, safety, and efficiency of company facilities.
- This includes managing infrastructure, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, coordinating repairs, and supporting operational continuity across all sites.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of all company facilities, ensuring they are functional, safe, and well-maintained
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules for equipment and infrastructure
- Coordinate repairs, renovations, and general facility upgrades
- Manage relationships with external vendors, contractors, and service providers
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations
- Monitor facility budgets, track expenses, and optimize cost efficiency
- Supervise facility staff, including cleaners, technicians, and security personnel
- Conduct regular inspections and risk assessments of buildings and equipment
- Ensure uninterrupted utilities supply (power, water, HVAC systems, etc.)
- Maintain records of maintenance, inspections, and compliance documentation
- Support emergency preparedness and response planning.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in facility management, preferably in the energy or industrial sector
- Strong knowledge of building systems (electrical, mechanical, HVAC)
- Familiarity with health and safety regulations
- Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills
- Strong vendor and stakeholder management experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and facility management software.
