About Company:
A healthcare company with the aim of democratizing healthcare for the informal sector.
Job Description:
We are looking for a high-caliber Executive Assistant (EA) to serve as the strategic "right hand" to our Founder. This is not a traditional secretarial role; it is a high-speed, high-impact position designed for a master of execution. Your primary mission is to optimize the Founder’s most valuable resource: time.
By managing complex priorities, anticipating needs before they arise, and serving as a formidable gatekeeper, you will enable the Founder to focus exclusively on growth, fundraising, and mission-driven impact. If you are an exceptionally organized professional who thrives under pressure and possesses the discretion to handle high-level partnerships, this role offers a front-row seat to social and business transformation.
Requirements:
1. High-Level Executive Governance
Calendar & Priority Shielding: Own the Founder’s schedule, ensuring that every meeting is high-value and that travel, follow-ups, and briefings are seamlessly integrated.
Communication Command: Manage high-stakes correspondence, drafting everything from emails and proposals to reports and presentations with the Founder’s voice.
Meeting Intelligence: Prepare detailed briefing notes ahead of all engagements and serve as the accountability lead for tracking post-meeting action items.
2. Operations & Strategic Execution
Project Tracking: Serve as the central hub for tracking key projects and deliverables across teams, ensuring that internal and external deadlines are never missed.
Stakeholder Bridge: Act as a professional liaison for partners, donors, and vendors, ensuring that the Founder’s vision is translated into operational execution.
Knowledge Management: Build and maintain world-class digital filing systems and documentation to ensure organizational memory and data accessibility.
3. Branding & Visibility Support
External Representation: Support the Founder in maintaining a professional brand presence, assisting with visibility initiatives and stakeholder engagement.
Discretion & Integrity: Operate with an uncompromising level of confidentiality, serving as a trusted vault for sensitive organizational and strategic information.
Qualifications and Skills:
Professional Profile
Experience: 3–5 years of proven success as an Executive Assistant or Operations Officer to high-profile leaders.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Health, Business, or Social Sciences preferred).
Technical Mastery: Expert proficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, WhatsApp Business, and Zoom.
Core Competencies
Anticipatory Thinking: The ability to "read the room" and solve problems before they reach the Founder’s desk.
Communication Excellence: Masterful written and verbal skills, capable of drafting high-stakes proposals and donor communications.
Pressure Resilience: Thrives in a fast-paced environment with a "get-it-done" attitude, regardless of shifting priorities.
