Job Description:
- As the Executive Assistant, you will serve as the right-hand to the Founder, providing high-level administrative and operational support.
- You will manage schedules, coordinate projects, handle communication, and ensure the Founder’s time and focus are optimized for driving business growth across multiple initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Manage the Founder’s calendar, meetings, travel logistics, and correspondence
- Coordinate projects and campaigns, ensuring deadlines and KPIs are achieved
- Act as a liaison with internal teams, vendors, and external stakeholders
- Prepare reports, documents, and presentations, ensuring accuracy and professionalism.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related discipline
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience as an Executive Assistant, Chief of Staff, or Project Manager
- Highly proactive, organized, and tech-savvy (Google Workspace, project management tools)
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and discretion handling sensitive information.
Salary
