Job Description:
We are seeking high-energy and result-driven Land Marketing Agents / Realtors to anchor our expansion across South Eastern Nigeria. In the booming regional real estate sector, success is defined by "Portfolio Persuasion", the ability to identify land value appreciation and effectively communicate it to individual investors and corporate entities. This role is designed for a "Sales Specialist" with 3+ years of experience who can blend "Deep Regional Market Knowledge" with the "Entrepreneurial Grit" required to close high-ticket land transactions.
Your mission is to ensure "Consistent Revenue Growth and Client Portfolio Expansion." You will be a primary driver of the company’s regional footprint: responsible for prospecting, conducting site inspections, and navigating the nuances of the South Eastern property market. If you possess "Negotiation Mastery," an OND/HND/B.Sc. in a relevant field, and a track record of exceeding sales targets, we want you to drive our market leadership.
Requirements:
1. Prospecting & Asset Monetization
Target Acquisition: Identify and prospect individual buyers, high-net-worth investors, and corporate clients for residential and commercial plots.
Pipeline Engineering: Build and maintain a high-fidelity client pipeline through aggressive field marketing, professional networking, and referral systems.
Digital Outreach: Leverage digital platforms and social media to amplify the company’s estate visibility and attract modern property investors.
2. Field Operations & Client Engagement
Site Inspections: Lead prospective buyers through professional property demonstrations and site inspections, highlighting geographic advantages and future development potential.
Negotiation & Closing: Facilitate the negotiation process, ensuring all transactions align with company pricing structures while securing the best deal for the organization.
Customer Stewardship: Provide robust after-sales support to nurture long-term client relationships and encourage a recurring referral network.
3. Market Intelligence & Reporting
Regional Expertise: Maintain a deep understanding of the property market dynamics within South Eastern Nigeria, including land titles, local zoning, and growth corridors.
Operational Reporting: Submit periodic sales reports and lead updates to Management, providing market intelligence that helps refine sales strategies.
Qualifications and Skills:
Professional Profile
Education: Minimum of OND/HND/B.Sc. in Marketing, Estate Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
Experience: 3 years and above of proven success in real estate marketing, land sales, or property brokerage.
Domain Knowledge: Strong familiarity with the real estate landscape in South Eastern Nigeria.
