We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Description:
- The lead commercial broker will spearhead CW Real Estate’scommercial transactions, focusing on office building disposals, office floor sales, commercial leasing, and enterprise-level acquisition mandates.
- This role requires an experienced professional withdeep knowledge of the Lagos commercial property market, particularly within Victoria Island, Ikoyi, Oniru, and Lekki business corridors.
- The ideal candidate is ahigh-performing commercial dealmakerwith a proven record ofclosing high-value commercial real estate transactions, building relationships withcorporate occupiers, institutional investors, and developers, and managing complexasset-level deals.
- The role is critical to strengthening CW Commercial as it expands beyond leasing intostrategic commercial brokerage and enterprise real estate advisory.
Key Responsibilities
Commercial Brokerage & Transactions:
- Lead negotiations and execution ofcommercial property sales and leasing transactions.
- Handleoffice building disposals, office floor sales, and commercial asset transactions.
- Manage enterprise acquisition briefs from corporate clients.
- Structure and close high-value commercial real estate deals.
Mandate Acquisition:
- Source and secureexclusive commercial property mandatesfrom developers, investors, and institutional owners.
- Identify opportunities foroffice building sales, portfolio disposals, and commercial acquisitions.
- Position CW Commercial as apreferred brokerage for asset-level transactions.
Enterprise Client Engagement:
- Develop relationships withcorporate occupiers, enterprise clients, multinational firms, and institutional investors.
- Provide advisory support to businesses seekingoffice headquarters, expansion spaces, or investment properties.
- Manage long-term client relationships and strategic mandates.
Market Intelligence & Advisory:
- Maintain strong knowledge of thecommercial real estate landscape in Lagos CBD markets.
- Track trends inoffice demand, investment sales, and commercial leasing activity.
- Advise clients onpricing strategies, investment opportunities, and market positioning.
Collaboration & Internal Coordination:
- Work closely withmarketing and media teamsto promote commercial listings and mandates.
- Coordinate withlegal, operations, and management teamsto ensure smooth transaction execution.
- Support the strategic growth of theCW Commercial division.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree inEstate Management, Real Estate, Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum5–8 years experience in real estate brokerage, preferablycommercial real estate.
- Proven experience handlingoffice sales, commercial leasing, or commercial investment transactions.
- Strong knowledge of Lagos commercial districts (VI, Ikoyi, Oniru, Lekki).
- Demonstratedtrack record of closing commercial deals.
Preferred Experience:
- Experience working withcorporate tenants, developers, or institutional investors.
- Knowledge ofcommercial property valuation and investment analysis.
- Experience handlingasset-level transactions or building disposals.
Added Advantage:
- Existingnetwork of commercial property owners, investors, and corporate tenants.
- Professional certifications inreal estate or property brokerage.
- Strengths or personality evaluation(e.g., CliftonStrengths, DISC, or similar).
- Experience inenterprise-level real estate advisory.
