We are seeking a bright and motivated Educational Counselor to join our team. In the rapidly evolving global education landscape, a counselor is more than an advisor; you are a bridge to a student's future.

Your mission is to demystify the admissions process and empower students to make informed decisions about their careers. You will transition between high-level academic advisory and hands-on application support. Requirements:

1. Academic Advisory & Career Pathing

• Informed Guidance: Provide 1-on-1 counseling to students, identifying their strengths to recommend the best educational options and career pathways.

• Trend Intelligence: Stay at the forefront of global education trends, university admission policies, and emerging scholarship opportunities.

• Strategic Selection: Match student profiles with institutions that align with their financial, academic, and professional goals.

2. Admissions & Application Management

• Document Architecture: Guide students through the rigorous application process, providing expert feedback on personal statements, CVs, and required portfolios.

• Process Oversight: Manage the end-to-end application lifecycle, ensuring all deadlines are met and documents are submitted with 100% accuracy.

• Success Coaching: Prepare students for admission interviews and pre-enrollment assessments.

3. Digital Engagement & Awareness

• Visual Communication: Utilize Canva to design eye-catching informational posters and flyers regarding admission windows and scholarships.

• Social Media Outreach: Leverage social media platforms to engage with prospective students and build brand authority in the education sector.

• Community Liaison: Act as a smart and professional ambassador for the organization within the Ogba community and beyond.

Qualifications and Skills:

Professional Profile

• Education: Minimum of an OND certificate. We highly welcome Fresh Graduates who are smart and ready to grow.

• Location: Preference will be given to candidates residing in or around Ogba, Lagos.

• Technical IQ: Proficiency in Canva design and a strong grasp of Social Media Marketing (Major Plus).
