Job Description:

We are seeking a high-velocity and technically versatile Coding & Robotics Teacher to anchor our technology and innovation program. In the modern educational landscape, success is defined by "Computational Sovereignty", the ability to harmonize complex logic with creative problem-solving across diverse age groups. This role is designed for a "Founding STEM Architect" who can blend "Practical Programming Grit" (Python, Arduino, Web Dev) with the "Pedagogical Agility" required to transition learners from block-based logic to text-based engineering.

Requirements:

1. Instructional Architecture & Curriculum Logic

• Progressive Pedagogy: Plan and deliver structured lessons that ensure a clear transition from ScratchJr/Scratch (MIT) to text-based Python instruction.

• Full-Stack Fundamentals: Teach web development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and game mechanics, ensuring learners understand the logic flow, animation, and user interaction behind modern software.

• Physical Computing Sovereignty: Lead hands-on robotics sessions using Arduino, teaching the integration of sensors, actuators, and basic electronics with embedded programming.

• Computational Thinking: Systematically develop learners' skills in decomposition, pattern recognition, abstraction, and algorithmic design.

2. Lab Governance & Resource Stewardship

• Hardware Orchestration: Manage and maintain the robotics lab ecosystem, including Arduino boards, robotics kits, peripherals, and high-performance computing assets.

• Safety & Ethics Advocacy: Enforce rigorous safety protocols for hardware handling while teaching the ethical principles of digital citizenship, cybersecurity, and data privacy.

• Troubleshooting Mastery: Provide real-time technical support for hardware and software issues during practical sessions, ensuring "Zero-Downtime" in learning.

3. Assessment & Talent Development

• Project-Based Evaluation: Assess learner progress through high-fidelity coding tasks, robotics builds, and collaborative presentations.
