Job Description:

The Direct Sales Executive (DSE) is responsible for acquiring new customers and growing the bank's retail business portfolio through direct selling of banking products such as savings account, current accounts, fixed deposits, cards and loan facilities. The role requires field engagement, relationship building, and consistent achievement of sales target.

Requirements:

Minimum of OND/ HND/ BSc in Marketing, Business Administration, Banking & Finance or any related field. 

1-3 years of experience in direct or Field Sales ( experience in banking or microfinance is an advantage).

Qualifications and Skills:

Strong communication, negotiation, and Interpersonal skills.

Passion for sales and achieving results 

Good understanding of financial products and customer service principles.
