Job Description:
We are seeking high-velocity and structurally elite Direct Sales Agents (DSAs) to anchor the acquisition engine of our financial services firm. In a specialized commercial landscape where institutional momentum is dictated by the speed of the pitch and the precision of the close success is defined by "Market Sovereignty" the ability to harmonize high-energy outreach with the clinical precision required for Customer Acquisition, Relationship Building, and Portfolio Growth. This role is designed for an "Acquisition Architect" specifically a driven, confident communicator who can blend "Sales Grit" (meeting targets and closing deals) with the "Interpersonal Agility" required to execute Excellent Service Delivery and Problem Solving.
Requirements:
1. Orchestration & Acquisition Governance
Sovereignty of the Lead: Drive the acquisition of new customers with millimetric focus, acting as the primary "Source of Market Expansion."
