Job Description:
Design, implement, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including social media, Google Ads, email, and display networks.
Drive high-quality lead generation and improve conversion rates through effective targeting, automation, and CRM integration.
Develop creative content, ad copy, and visuals tailored to engage and convert target audiences.
Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations to maximize ROI.
Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless lead nurturing and conversion into sales opportunities.
Requirements:
Proven hands-on experience in digital marketing, lead generation, or performance marketing (experience in real estate is a strong advantage).
Solid understanding of SEO, SEM, paid advertising, and email marketing strategies.
Proficiency in key digital tools such as Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot).
Strong communication, creative thinking, and analytical abilities.
Highly disciplined, results-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
