Job Description:

We are seeking a high-velocity and structurally elite Digital Consumer Engagement Manager to anchor the growth engine of Viya Health in Nigeria. In a specialized digital health landscape where institutional momentum is dictated by the speed of the user journey and the precision of the behavioral insight success is defined by "Digital Sovereignty", the ability to harmonize omnichannel platforms (Web, WhatsApp, Social, E-commerce) with the clinical precision required for Performance Marketing, Content Strategy, and Ecosystem Optimization. This role is designed for a "Consumer Architect", specifically a professional with at least 5 years of experience in digital marketing (preferably Women’s Health)—who can blend "Analytical Grit" (mastering Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, and WooCommerce) with the "Strategic Agility" required to interface with Technology teams and drive regional expansion.

Requirements:

1. Orchestration & Campaign Governance

  • Marketing Sovereignty: Lead the planning and execution of multi-channel digital campaigns with millimetric focus, acting as the primary "Source of Demand Generation."

  • Brand Architecture: Implement digital strategies across WordPress, Facebook, and Instagram, providing the "Structural Foundation" for a unified and consistent brand voice.

  • Integrity Stewardship: Oversee content operations and production workflows, ensuring the "Source of Brand Storytelling" is elite and uncompromised.

2. Tactical Resilience & Ecosystem Logic

  • Ecosystem Sovereignty: Lead the end-to-end implementation of Viya’s omnichannel tools (CRM, App, E-commerce), acting as the primary "Source of Market Implementation."

  • UX Architecture: Identify and remove friction points in the consumer journey to improve usability, providing the "Functional Foundation" for increased retention and NPS scores.

  • Tech Stewardship: Serve as the primary interface with the Technology team to inform the product roadmap, maintaining the "Source of Localized Market Requirements."

3. Operational Integrity & Performance Power

  • Data Sovereignty: Leverage HubSpot, Hotjar, and Google Analytics to track performance, acting as the primary "Source of Actionable Insights."

  • Growth Architecture: Execute performance-driven strategies to optimize ROAS and CPA, providing the "Relational Foundation" for sustainable commercial growth.

  • Velocity Logic: Utilize 5+ years of consumer-facing expertise to accelerate the "Awareness-to-Advocacy" cycle, maximizing the "Source of Consumer Throughput."

Qualifications and Skills:

Professional Profile

  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years in digital marketing (Women's Health or Healthcare experience is a major plus).

  • Technical Power: Mastery of Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, WordPress/WooCommerce, and HubSpot.

  • Analytical Skill: Hands-on experience with A/B testing, audience segmentation, and ROI analysis.
