Job Description:
- We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Teller/CCO to join our team.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer transactions, delivering excellent customer service, and ensuring accuracy in all cash-related activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive and process cash deposits, withdrawals, and transfers
- Verify customer information and transaction details
- Maintain accurate records of daily transactions
- Address customer inquiries and provide information on banking products and services
- Ensure compliance with banking policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
- HND (Upper Credit & Distinction only)
- Must have completed NYSC
- Previous banking or customer service experience is an added advantage
- Strong numerical and analytical skills
- Good communication and customer service skills
- High level of integrity and attention to detail.
Salary
